Albourne Boutique Guest House offers 16 rooms divided between different buildings. Ten of the bedrooms are larger than average and are suited with a separate kitchenette, dining and lounge area inside and a nice relaxed setting outside every room.

Because of the large rooms our guests like to stay long(er). Of course all guests can make use of the lounge and library in the main house, the terrace, fire place area and garden.

Garden Suites

The 4 garden suites are the crème de la crème of Albourne boutique guest house, situated up in the garden with an incredibly attractive view over the garden. The garden suites are all very substantial in size being approximately 50m2 each. The suites have a double bed, a fully kitted kitchenette, separate shower, lounge area with TV, dining table and teak furniture outside the room.

Private Suites

Together with the garden suites these are the best available on the Albourne Estate. Tucked at the back of the premises, these 2 suites are very private and also substantial in size (46m2). As all suites they have a double bed, a fully kitted kitchenette, separate shower, lounge area with TV, dining table and teak furniture outside the room.

Pool Suites

The 4 pool suites are beautiful and set close to pool area. The size of the rooms are slightly smaller, but still very convenient being 40m2. The pool suites have a double bed, kitchenette, separate shower, lounge area with TV, dining table and teak furniture outside the room.

Courtyard Rooms

Our courtyard rooms are situated by the courtyard of the beautiful main house. These 4 rooms are perfect for a family who want to stay together as all rooms are located around the courtyard. They all have a standard single and double bed, a shower, couch and fridge.

These rooms share outside furniture. The rooms are often booked for families with children or golf friends.

Manor House Rooms

Albourne Boutique Guesthouse is an original Cape Dutch house and therefore superior to sleep in this special piece of culture and history. The rooms are en suite and are very nicely decorated. The rooms have enough cupboard space and the bathrooms have a shower and toilet.
