Kleinzee is a 4 star graded, oceanfront guesthouse located in the best area for land based whale watching. It is perched on the limestone cliffs of De Kelders where the Southern Right Whale visits to calve each spring. With three ocean facing suites it is peaceful and private, an ideal retreat for lovers of the great outdoors.

A hiking trail in front of the guesthouse leads into the adjacent Walker Bay Nature reserve less than 1 km away with pristine sandy beaches, fynbos and caves of archaeological interest.

Boat based whale watching trips depart from Gansbaai Harbour 7 mins drive away. Shark cage diving operators depart at the Kleinbaai harbour, 10 mins drive away.

Accommodation - Honeymoon Suite

This room is on the upper level with concertina doors opening the room to a sea facing balcony with endless views. The balcony has a table and chairs. The room is luxuriously appointed with satelite TV, under floor heating, a king size bed, cotton percale linnen and down duvets. The spacious bathroom is open plan with a large bath tub and pebble floor, sea view shower. The toilet is separate. The room and adjacent living room is apprximately 100 m2 in size.

Accommodation - Ocean Suites

There are two ocean suites on the ground level. Concertina doors open the rooms onto balau wooden decks with deckchairs where one can overlook Walker Bay. One room has a king size bed while the other has twin beds with down duvets and underfloor heating. A bar fridge and coffee making facilities are available. The large en suite bathrooms have victorian baths and pebble floor showers. The size of the room and bathroom is approximately 40m2.
