Romonza Boat Trips
Boat Based Whale Watching (Jul to Oct)
The only Registered Passenger Boat along the South African Coast to take up to 50 passengers to observe the largest mammals on earth close up. A special qualified whale guide will be on board during every trip. Includes a free ticket for a trip around Seal Island with 4000 seals Comfortable departure – from Mossel Bay Harbour.
Sunset Cruises (Nov to Apr)
Relaxed and romantic 1½ – 2 hr cruises around Seal Island and the Bay, the Point, Hartenbos, Seal Island, Diaz Beach, De Bakke and Santo’s beaches.Cash Bar available. Wash and flush toilet facilities on board.

Seal Island Trips (all year)
Departs every hour on the hour from 10:00 to 16:00 all year round, other times can be arranged. Running commentary on sights en-route. We depart from a comfortable harbour for Seal Island and stop for a fascinating closer look at 4000 seals – don’t forget your camera!
Eco Ocean Safaris (all year)
While leaving the port of Mossel Bay everything is explained about what is happening in the harbour.From the harbour the boat goes to the place where Bartholomew Dias landed in 1488 and all passengers are informed over the intercom about his landing etc.

- From the N2 at exit 387 continue straight into Mossel Bay on the R102
- Bear left at the Marsh Street exit and turn right over the bridge at the traffic lights
- After passing the two church buildings on the left, turn right into Bland Street
- After 400 m turn left and then immediately right
- Romonza Boat Trips is almost 200 m on the left.
From George
- From the N2 take exit 393 "Mosselbaai" and turn left at the end of the ramp
- At the traffic lights turn right
- After 5.1 km bear left at the sign "Marshstraat" and then turn left towards the CBD
- After about 700m turn left into Kerk Street which
- After passing the two church buildings on the left, turn right into Bland Street
- After 400 m turn left and then immediately right
- Romonza Boat Trips is almost 200 m on the left.
