Springtide offers a variety of sailing charter options on our beautiful sleek 50foot mono-hull sailing yacht. Our highly experienced crew will take to the helm so you can relax and take in the splendour of our rugged coastline, sailing, salt air and scenery.

2.5h Sunset Cruise
Experience an enchanting Knysna sunset aboard the beautiful Outeniqua whilst sipping on a glass of chilled bubbly. Our Sunset Cruise showcases the natural assets that Knysna has to offer, as it departs from the Knysna Quays into the diverse estuary, out through the rugged headlands and into the vast Indian Ocean.

After an exhilarating sailing experience, we head back to calmer waters within the Knysna estuary, where the crew will set up a scrumptious spread of savoury snacks, cheeses, seasonal fruits, breads and spreads. Complimentary bubbly is served to toast the end of a beautiful day, as the sun touches the horizon and releases its golden hues across the sky and over the lagoon.

All our trips are ocean going trips and are weather and sea conditions dependent. The skipper in charge of the vessel will make a judgement call on these conditions and this can only be determined at the time of departure. Conditions are influenced by tide, wind direction, wind speed and the swell at sea, therefore going out through the Knysna Heads, and out to sea, is never guaranteed.
