Thali Thali is a 1,460 hectare Cape West Coast game and fynbos reserve situated just off the R27 near Langebaan, less than 1 hours drive from Cape Town, bordering the West Coast National Park.

The Cape West Coast is intoxicating and the Langebaan area with its beautiful lagoon has a charm that keeps people coming back year after year.

Thali Thali Game Reserve and lodge has a 4-star rating and can accommodate up to 28 people and offers an ideal laid-back West Coast style atmosphere. New owners Thys and Amalia van Niekerk invite you to come and experience hospitality at it's best.

We boast a wide range of game like kudu, oryx, giraffe, red hartebeest, eland, zebra, springbok, black wildebeest, duiker, bontebok, steenbok, ostrich, dromedary camel and emu. The reserve is also home to many different bird species and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk in the fynbos to view these creatures.

The accommodation at Thali Thali consist of 8 units that were designed to create a unit with the entertainment area with bar facilities and a open-air lapa. The 8 units consist of 3 West Coast Style self catering chalets and 5 B&B luxury tents. The big old farmhouse with 4 bedrooms is the latest addition to the line-up and is separate from all the others and ideal for families and groups.

SELF CATERING CHALETS:

The existing labourer cottages were stylishly transformed into fully furnished self catering accommodation with wardrobe, microwave, satelite TV, fridge, toaster, hotplate, kettle, hair dryer, linen, crockery and cutlery.

• 2 X 1 Bedroom(double bed + sleeping couch) with bathroom(toilet, shower, basin), kitchen, indoor braai, stoep and outdoor braai facilities.
• 1 x 2 Bedroom (double bed, 2 x double bunker beds + sleeping couch) with kitchen, indoor braai, stoep and outdoor braai facilities.

B&B LUXURY TENTS:

5 x B&B luxury tents with en suite bathrooms (toilet, shower, basin), stoep and outdoor braai and basin, double bed, sleeping couch, wardrobe, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, linen, crockery and cutlery. Unfortunately no kitchen or TV available in tents.

THE FARMHOUSE:

4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shared by two rooms each), fully equipped kitchen, indoor braai, living room, wrap-around stoep and large garden. Minimum of 6 people. R395pp sharing self-catering
